The G2 Throttle Cam System can make your bike easier to ride in rough, technical conditions. By utilizing different cams on the
throttle tube for different track or trail conditions, you will have increased control
of the power delivery, resulting in better control of your motorcycle and
less wasted energy due to unwanted wheel spin.
As a general rule, the
lower the number, (the quicker your throttle opens to
full power) and the higher the cam number, (the more
control you'll feel). Stock cam is 100. G2 cams are
interchangeable with your existing G2 Throttle. |

050
- (sold separately or in Quick-Turn kit)
8-10% FASTER
throttle opening. Ideal for supermoto
and highly recommended for aggressive 250F riders on tacky or sandy
tracks that allow full throttle use
CAM 100
- use when conditions offer near perfect traction -
same as stock
profile.
CAM 200 - use for
intermediate conditions or moderately technical trails.
8-10%
slower throttle opening
during the first 1/3 of throttle
opening, same overall rotation from closed to full throttle.
CAM 300 -
use for moderately technical trails. 13-17% slower
throttle opening during the first 1/3 of
throttle opening, same
overall rotation from closed to full throttle.
CAM 400 - use for
slippery, technical, tight trail conditions.
15-20% slower throttle
opening during
the first 1/3 of throttle opening, same overall
rotation from closed to full throttle. |
