Most items ordered before 2:00 pm PST will ship the same
business day from our store in Oregon. Orders under 3 lbs.
normally ship via US Postal Priority mail and average a 2 - 4
day delivery time to most places in the USA. Heavier orders
normally ship via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground service and can
take up to 6 business days to reach the East Coast.
Overnight, 2-day, or
International Shipping
may be available by request.

International Customers PLEASE READ
Our online cart will
correctly calculate international shipping charges, but please
understand that the "Estimate Shipping" button only applies to
domestic US orders. The international shipping cost will be
calculated after you enter your address information during the
checkout process. A few of the items on our website may exceed
the size limitations we face when shipping to different
countries. We are not able to export Rekluse or Klim products to
any country that is currently being served by an international
distributor.
We will contact you within one business day if you
have ordered any oversize or Rekluse products. If you do
not respond within 48 hours, your order will be cancelled and
the charge on your card will be voided. CycleBuy.com is not
responsible for any import duties or taxes you may have to pay
in your country. We are not able to send the invoice separately
or declare a low value for tax purposes. We may require
additional written documentation prior to shipping larger
international orders. We reserve the right to cancel any order
that we do not feel comfortable with.
Order Confirmation
Shortly after your order is
placed, you will receive an automated email confirming your
order. Please take a moment to review the shipping address for
accuracy. You will receive a second email confirming your order
status and shipping method.
Satisfaction Guaranteed
If
you are not satisfied with any item you purchase from CycleBuy,
contact us within 30 days of the invoice date for a Return
Authorization number. Returns shipped without an RA# will
not be accepted. Shipping/handling charges are not
refundable. Returned items that are damaged, missing parts,
packaging, instructions, etc. may be pro-rated accordingly.
Special order items are be subject to a minimum 20% re-stocking fee.
Used gas tanks may not be returned under any conditions. If
there is a problem with a gas tank, we will help you deal with
the manufacturer. |
