AirCell Fork
Air Control Chambers improve the ride, stability and control of your
motorcycle. They reduce the harsh
feeling caused by braking/acceleration bumps, whoops, tree
roots, rocks and over jumping. Headshake is reduced or
eliminated, arm pump and fatigue are reduced as well.
AirCell's simple Air Compression Damping
Valves give you the option of easily tuning your fork air volume and
getting the feel you want from your front forks.
AirCell's unique design features a built-in
automatic oil return system. This eliminates the
need for any type of maintenance by the owner. Just put them on, adjust to your preference, and enjoy
the ride. |

| AirCells are a set of
high pressure, aluminum air reservoirs that are attached
directly to your forks, behind the numberplate/head-light
assembly. High-pressure tubing is used to connect the
AirCells to our specially designed stainless steel
fittings that screw into the existing fork cap vent
screw holes. No drilling or tapping is required on most
motorcycles! Installation is very simple and can be
easily installed in 15 to 20 minutes. |

The only
difference between the Japanese and European kits is the thread pitch of the
fittings.
Most late-model dirt bikes have have air-bleed screws in the
fork caps. If your dirt bike does not have
air-bleed screws in the
fork caps you will need to drill and tap the fork caps to install the AirCells. |

What will the AirCells do?
Control the compressed air in your forks
Equalizes the air pressures of both forks

AirCells were engineered to soften the harsh feel of the forks over
braking and acceleration bumps, whoops, rocks, tree roots and
over-jumping, plus reduce or eliminate head shake. Built for the dirt
bike rider - cornering characteristics of the motorcycle improve
dramatically! Each AirCell has an exclusive Air Compression Damping
Valve (ACD Valve) that the rider can easily adjust to control how soft
or stiff the forks feel over small and medium sized bumps and obstacles,
as well as control the ride height of the motorcycle entering a corner.
Both forks air pressures are EQUALIZED for a more balanced fork system.
To vent the forks, simply push the air bleeder valve to vent both forks
at the same time. The rider has complete control! |
